Glysofor Solar AF voldoet aan de eisen van DIN 4757 deel 3 en DIN EN 12975 voor solarthermische systemen. Glysofor Solar AF wordt gebruikt in zowel vacu\u00fcmbuis als vlakke plaat zonnecollectorsystemen. Door zijn fysiologische en ecologische onschadelijkheid kan het ook gebruikt worden in de voedsel- en luxegoederensector, alsook in farmaceutische en ecologisch gevoelige toepassingsgebieden. De solarvloeistof wordt gebruikt als antivriesmiddel, corrosiebeschermingsmiddel en warmteoverdrachtsmedium. Vorstschade, corrosie, afzettingen, dichtslibbing of biofilms worden optimaal voorkomen door Glysofor Solar AF. Op basis van glycol, in dit geval monopropyleenglycol, wordt het vriespunt van Glysofor Solar AF aanzienlijk verlaagd. Glysofor Solar AF zorgt ervoor dat solarsystemen veilig kunnen werken, zelfs bij temperaturen onder nul. Schade aan het systeem door vorst ten gevolge van een explosief effect wordt met Glysofor Solar AF op betrouwbare wijze vermeden. Door een complexe combinatie van corrosiebeschermende additieven worden metalen optimaal beschermd tegen corrosieve aanvallen. Deze corrosiebescherming is doeltreffend tegen alle metalen die doorgaans worden gebruikt in zonne-installaties. Installaties van koper, messing, soldeer, grijs gietijzer, aluminium, staal en ijzer zijn optimaal beschermd, zelfs als het gaat om multimetaalinstallaties. De solarvloeistof is volledig vrij van nitriet, amine, fosfaat, silicaat en boraat. Ze is biologisch afbreekbaar en milieuvriendelijk. Glysofor Solar AF is op lange termijn bestand tegen de vorming van biofilms, rotting en microbiologische afbraak op lange termijn, waardoor neerslag en dichtslibbing worden voorkomen. Glysofor Solar AF ontmengt niet, ook niet als er langere systeemonderbrekingen zijn. Dit garandeert een langdurige en onderhoudsarme werking van de met Glysofor Solar gevulde systemen gedurende het hele jaar. Als een lagere vorstbeschermingswaarde gewenst is, kan Glysofor Solar AF met water worden gemengd. Opdat de aanwezige corrosieremmers volledig doeltreffend zouden zijn, moet de concentratie Glysofor SolarAF ten minste 70 volumeprocent bedragen.<\/p>\n<p>Als alternatief voor deze gebruiksklare solarvloeistof is Glysofor Solar verkrijgbaar als concentraat.
