Alle stoffen in Glysofor F zijn goedgekeurd als voedseladditieven (EU\/VS) en hebben een zeer lage orale toxiciteit.<\/h5><span class=\"awb-title-spacer\"><\/span><div class=\"title-sep-container\"><div class=\"title-sep sep- sep-solid\" style=\"border-color:#e2e2e2;\"><\/div><\/div><\/div><div class=\"fusion-text fusion-text-1\" style=\"--awb-text-transform:none;\"><p>Glysofor F wordt vooral gebruikt in de levensmiddelen- en drankenindustrie. Wat de eisen van de levensmiddelenindustrie betreft, biedt Glysofor F een aantal voordelen. Het product is grotendeels smaakloos, kleurloos en reukloos. Alle stoffen die het product bevat, worden door de Amerikaanse Food and Drug Administration (FDA) als normaal veilig (GRAS &#8211; Generally Recognized As Safe) beschouwd.<\/p>\n<p>Glysofor F voldoet aan de FCC (Food Chemical Codex) en kan daarom worden gebruikt in toepassingen met direct of indirect contact met levensmiddelen (specifieke concentratiegrenswaarden).<\/p>\n<p>De NSF(National Sanitation Foundation) heeft zowel het concentraat als de kant-en-klare mengsels van Glysofor F. gecertificeerd.<br \/>\nElke afzonderlijke concentratie heeft een afzonderlijk registratienummer, dat metalen zoals koper, messing, soldeer, grijs gietijzer, staal en aluminium. De corrosieremming en de concentratie van Glysofor F kunnen op elk moment met eenvoudige middelen worden gecontroleerd en zo nodig aangepast. Typische toepassingen van Glysofor F zijn het koelen en invriezen van levensmiddelen, alsook ontdooiprocessen in bijvoorbeeld zuivelbedrijven, de drankenindustrie, brouwerijen, vis- en vleesverwerkende bedrijven, diepvriesketens. Omdat het onschadelijk is, kan Glysofor F worden gebruikt voor vorstbescherming van drinkwatersystemen en -leidingen. Glysofor F wordt gebruikt als antivriesmiddel, corrosiebeschermingsmiddel en als warmteoverdrachtsmedium of koudedrager (koelpekel) in verwarmings- en koelsystemen. Vorstschade, corrosie, afzettingen of dichtslibbing worden optimaal voorkomen door Glysofor F. Glysofor F is bestand tegen de vorming van biofilms, rotting en microbiologische afbraak op lange termijn. Homogeen gemengde Glysofor F watermengsels ontmengen niet, wat een constante vorstbestendigheid garandeert. Typische toepassingen zijn terug te vinden in koelprocessen in de drankenindustrie of bij de verwerking van zuivel-, vlees- of visproducten. Glysofor F wordt als concentraat geleverd en kan met water worden gemengd, afhankelijk van de vereiste vorstbestendigheid. Door het zeer goede vriespuntverlagende effect van Glysofor F kunnen koel- en diepvriessystemen veilig worden gebruikt bij min temperaturen tot -45 \u00b0C. Dit optimaliseert de koel- en vriesoperaties, wat bijdraagt tot kostenbesparingen en een hogere productiviteit. Glysofor F kan worden gebruikt in een breed temperatuurbereik van -45 \u00b0C tot 120 \u00b0C, wat resulteert in een hoge mate van flexibiliteit en een zeer variabele regelbaarheid van de temperatuur. Glysofor F wordt doorgaans gebruikt in een concentratie van 30-50%. De waterige oplossing wordt gebruikt in koelsystemen met centrale koeleenheden waarin de vloeistof tot de gewenste doeltemperatuur wordt afgekoeld. De afgekoelde Glysofor F oplossing wordt vervolgens bijv. door een systeem van koelspiralen geleid, waardoor de koude wordt afgegeven aan het te koelen levensmiddel.<\/p>\n<h5>Fermentatie<\/h5>\n<p>In gistingsprocessen zorgt Glysofor F voor uitstekende koelprestaties en temperatuurbeheersing. Vooral bij de productie van bier en wijn wordt Glysofor F gebruikt voor het koelen van fermentatie- en maceratietanks en voor het koelen van wijn- en biergist.<\/p>\n<h5>Koelprocessen<\/h5>\n<p>Typische koelprocessen zijn te vinden in de wijn- en bierproductie, de sapproductie en de zuivel-, vlees- en visindustrie. Ook in verdeelsystemen wordt Glysofor F gebruikt om dranken voor consumptie op de gewenste drinktemperatuur te brengen. Bij het vullen van koolzuurhoudende dranken wordt Glysofor F gebruikt om de optimale vultemperatuur in te stellen, waardoor het kooldioxidegehalte tijdens het vulproces constant kan worden gehouden. Bij de traditionele champagneproductie worden de halzen van de flessen ondergedompeld in een bevroren Glysofor F oplossing om een snelle bevriezing van de flessenhals te veroorzaken en zo ongewenste stoffen uit de fles te verwijderen via de champagnemethode.<\/p>\n<h5>Productie van voedselverpakkingen<\/h5>\n<p>Bij de productie van voedselverpakkingen van kunststof wordt Glysofor F gebruikt voor het koelen van de matrijzen. Blaasvormen voor flessen en containers worden in het productieproces effici\u00ebnter gekoeld met Glysofor F dan met water, wat tot productiestijgingen leidt.<\/p>\n<h5>Koelprocessen door onderdompeling<\/h5>\n<p>Glysofor F wordt gebruikt om verpakte levensmiddelen zoals vlees, vis, groenten enz. in te vriezen door de verpakkingen onder te dompelen in een Glysofor F-oplossing die diepgevroren is tot -45 \u00b0C (gebruikelijke temperatuur -10 tot -15 \u00b0C). Verwarmingssystemen kunnen met Glysofor F ook tijdelijk worden uitgeschakeld bij vorst, maar blijven echter steeds functioneel. Schade aan het systeem door vorst ten gevolge van een explosief effect wordt met Glysofor F op betrouwbare wijze vermeden.
